My first impressions from several rides: They are super loose but add just enough bite to surf and grind under control. They easily glide loose when I tried front side 180s and worked just as great for my first 360s! (still learning).
They also give me that tad bit of control I needed to paddle from the eddy and onto the wave. They make river running the Charles City Whitewater park interesting too!
